I was feeling like cooking last night and came across this super easy recipe for peanutbutter cookies.

That's it! That's all it takes.
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
Mix them all up together in a bowl and then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
I heated up my fan forced oven to 160 degrees C and rolled the dough up into little balls and arranged them on baking sheets.

I smooshed them down with a fork, making cross hatches and then let them back for about twenty minutes.
It might have been a -little- bit too long though as some of the cookies on the outer edges got a bit burnt.
I then melted up some milk chocolate, dunked one end in it and then rolled it around in some fun sprinkles I have.

All leftover melted chocolate was carefully ensured not to go to waste ;)
And that's it! I let the cookies cool overnight in the fridge and now have a delicious little snack!
They taste delicious.
