X-Mas Goodies

I know, I know; a bit late, but the last of my extended relatives left today so finally my days are a little bit less busy.

I had a great christmas. For once I didn't get too much stuff I didn't need (chocolate) and I got a lot of awesome things I did.
I got a beautiful pendant that's also a thread cutter; perfect for trips (or plane rides) when I can't or don't want to bring my scissors too.
I got a cute little sheep retractable measuring tape
Some Bonds singlets *LOVE* these!
A little ceramic plate to put teabags on
I got a gift card to itunes store from my brother

I also got a new rashi shirt that I adooore (yaaay no more sunburns on my back!)
New Swimtop!

And both my brother and I got new boogie boards.

New board!

Mine's hopelessly girly, but it was the only one they had in the shop and I don't -really- mind.
They are FANTASTIC boards though and today was a great day to be out on the surf; it's huge!
David and I must have been out there for only twenty-thirty minutes but it felt like two hours worth of a workout.

And my BIG present, from my Dad is a brand new digital camera :D
It's a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ11. I'm floored, and stoked. I've had my baby (Fujifilm FinePix S5000 ) for years now and it's really starting to fail (although obviously still capable of taking decent photos as you've seen!) I've dropped my poor baby on the floor so many times I'm honestly shocked it still works in general (I treat those I love rough).
My baby is also a big, lunky camera and I always feel a bit tacky when I'm out and about snapping photos with it (what a-tourist!-)
So this little sexy panasonic will be a perfect travel camera. It hasn't arrived just yet but hopefully should before I return down to Sydney. I can't WAIT to play around with it!

The only thing I didn't get from Santa that I usually to is a diary/planner.. which hopefully I'll be getting today; but first a shower!
