Things to Remember 14

Things to Remember 14

This one lives up to the poor doily that it's been embroidered on. I picked this one up despite all the holes and tears because I thought the pansy flower was quite sweet.
The quote fits perfectly. The wool thread I used to embroider this one is vintage as well, so everything about this piece has been well-loved already.

Some of the beautiful lace around the edge, and some of the poor holes worn through it.

Hahaha, arrrgh! You're right.
Honestly I'm surprised I've gotten through 14 of these without something like this happening.

I'll see about fixing it tonight, that'll be a new learning experience!

*clinks tea cups!* I've been making an effort to be doing more of the former of late myself..

Oh man. I really want this one.

Do you know if you will be selling/bartering for these anytime soon (Etsy)? It really strikes a chord with me.

These are nearly too good to use for their real doily use! I want to hang them on the wall for everyone to read.

I'm glad you like it!

Etsy had been put on temporary pause last week as I rushed around taking care of my Grandpa who was in hospital but I've been back at it this week!
In fact, I hope to start putting these things up for sale today(!!) if all goes well.

Nobody says these have to be used for table decoration!! I'd love to see whatever creative ways people could display these...

If you'd like I could set this one aside for you, I still need to fix the grammatical error that was pointed out to me. I'm asking $10, +$5 shipping to the States.
